Go to my.1password.com → Billing

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Confirm

Export passwords before cancellation

Export vault data before canceling

Account becomes read-only after expiry

Data retained for 30 days after expiry

Family plan: only organizer can cancel

No refund. 30-day data retention.
