Pointify Travels Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates SubScrub ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

• Account Information: Name, email address, and password.
• Subscription Data: Information about subscriptions you enter or we identify from uploaded statements — merchant names, amounts, and charge dates.
• Payment Information: Processed by Stripe. We store only billing confirmations, never full card numbers.
• Bank Statements: If you upload statements, they are processed solely to identify recurring charges. Uploaded files are not sold or shared.
• Usage Data: Pages visited and features used within the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Identify and catalog your subscriptions and recurring charges.
• Generate cancellation letters and dispute requests.
• Manage your account and process payments.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, letter confirmations).
• Improve the Service using anonymized data only.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only with essential service providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Supabase: Secure database and authentication.
• Anthropic: AI letter generation (per-request; no training on your data).
• Vercel: Hosting infrastructure.
• Law Enforcement: When required by law.

4. Data Retention

Account and subscription data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@subscruber.com.

5. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and role-based access controls to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage insights. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
