Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SubScrub ("Service"), operated by Pointify Travels Group LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

SubScrub is an AI-powered subscription audit and cancellation assistance platform. The Service helps consumers identify recurring charges, zombie subscriptions, free trial traps, and unauthorized renewals, and provides tools and letters to help cancel or dispute them. SubScrub is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to generate fraudulent cancellation letters.
• Provide false or misleading information in submissions.
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the Service.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Access the Service through automated means without our written consent.

5. Payments and Pricing

Certain features require payment. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your SubScrub subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time except as required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

SubScrub is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Cancellation letters generated by the Service are informational tools. The effectiveness of any cancellation or refund request depends on the merchant and your specific circumstances and is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POINTIFY TRAVELS GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of New Hampshire.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.
