How to Cancel ClassPass

Cancel method: App or website. Follow these 4 steps to cancel your ClassPass subscription.

Cancellation Steps

Go to classpass.com → Account Settings

Click 'Update membership'

Select 'Cancel membership'

Confirm — unused credits expire

Credits do not roll over after cancellation

Use all credits before cancel date

Can pause membership for up to 3 months instead

Rejoining may be at higher price

No refund. Unused credits expire at period end.
